hi. i'm shayne and thank you for stopping by.
nurse by trade and a bit of a coffee-holic. perhaps the two go hand in hand. i love to eat, though i'm still working on the cooking part. i love learning about different cultures, especially through food ;) live in scrubs but i try to get dressed once in a while. i'm a San Antonio Spurs fan but Raptors by default.

i am a big kid at heart.

for now,  this blog will be dedicated to some parts of my life, my loves, and the things that keep me sane.
